2 Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. This must be a written communication that includes your signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
3 Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or are repeatedly charged with infringement.
